Our local economy has suffered the past year and a half and it will take support from council to ensure that it bounces back stronger. Creating a space where entrepreneurs and current businesses can thrive and where growth is a focus. Driving economic benefits that include attraction and retention. 

My experience in both non profit and private sectors has allowed me to work with a variety of partners and agencies where I have seen the benefit of building collaborative relationships with various levels of government, agencies and partners. This will benefit council as it is  both a strength and a focus of mine. 

Supporting investments and innovation in green industries and technology. Taking action on climate change in conjunction with supporting our economy can be done and will be a goal to achieve this while on council. Action must be taken to combat climate change.
